Order Processing

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

La Bella Curve Boutique will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be longer for certain items.

Modify or Cancel Order
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Item availability
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate. Occasionally certain products may sell out before we can fulfill an order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. Any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total.

Refused Shipments
If you choose to refuse your shipments from La Bella Curve, you will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to La Bella Curve. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping in the United States
USPS delivery is our standard shipping method in the United States. Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), pending card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive within 5-7 business days. Standard delivery is available to P.O. Boxes.

Lost Shipments
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will work with you and the carrier to start a claim and assist with recovering your goods.
